HOW SAME-DAY PRINTING ACTUALLY WORKS
Here's the honest version, not the marketing version. Same-day printing is real at AA Custom T-Shirt Printing, but it depends on three things: when you place the order, how ready your artwork is, and which print method you need. DTG and DTF are our same-day capable methods because they don't require screen setup or curing time the way screen printing does.
The rule we ask every customer to follow: call us first at (702) 633-8313. Tell us your quantity, your design, and your deadline. We'll tell you straight whether same-day works for your specific order not a generic 'yes we do same-day' answer, but an honest answer based on what's actually in our production queue that day.
We'd rather have a 2-minute phone call and set the right expectation than have you show up at 5pm expecting shirts that aren't ready. We've been doing this in Las Vegas since 2010 we know our own capacity, and we're not going to tell you yes just to get the order.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR SAME-DAY PRINTING

ORDER BEFORE NOON
The earlier in the day you call or submit your order, the better your odds. Afternoon orders are still possible but call first to confirm.
PRINT-READY ARTWORK
A PNG or PDF file at 300 DPI that's ready to print, no design work needed on our end. Files that need editing add time to the process.
DTG OR DTF METHOD
These two methods don't require screen setup or curing. They're the two methods we can turn around fastest, sometimes within hours.
SMALLER QUANTITIES
Orders of 1 to 50 pieces have the best same-day odds. Larger quantities are still possible call to confirm capacity for your specific count.
SIMPLE GARMENT CHOICE
Standard t-shirts in stock colors move fastest. A specialty garment we need to source first will add time before printing even starts.
BULK SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing requires screen creation and is generally NOT same-day. For bulk solid-color logo orders, plan for 3 to 5 business days.
