WHAT IS CUSTOM EMBROIDERY?
Custom embroidery uses a multi-needle machine to stitch your logo or design directly into the fabric of a garment using thread. Unlike printing methods that apply ink or transfers to the surface, embroidery becomes part of the garment itself. The stitching is raised, textured, and dimensional it doesn't crack, fade, or peel because it isn't a coating on top of the fabric.
Before any stitching happens, your logo goes through a process called digitisation. This converts your artwork file into a stitch programme that tells the machine exactly where each needle goes, what colour thread to use, and what stitch direction to follow. We handle digitisation in-house at our Las Vegas shop you send us your logo and we do the rest.
Embroidery works best on structured garments with a stable fabric surface polos, hats, jackets, aprons, and similar items. It's the standard choice for any business that wants their staff to look professional. If you want the same design on a softer t-shirt fabric for a large run, we'd recommend pairing embroidery on your polos and hats with screen printing or DTG on your t-shirts. LOGO DIGITISATION WE HANDLE IT IN-HOUSE
Before your logo can be embroidered, it has to be digitised converted from an image file into a stitch programme that the embroidery machine can read. This tells the machine how many stitches to use, what direction to stitch each element, and what colour thread corresponds to each part of the design.
We handle digitisation in-house at our Las Vegas shop. You send us your logo file vector preferred, high-res PNG or JPEG accepted and we prepare the stitch file. We'll flag any elements of your design that may not translate well to embroidery before we start, so there are no surprises when the first piece comes off the machine.

WE DIGITISE IT
We convert your logo into a stitch programme in-house. We'll flag any design elements that may need simplification for embroidery before the digitisation is finalised.
SAMPLE AND APPROVE
We run a sample stitch on the garment for your approval before the full order begins. This ensures the colours, size, and placement are exactly right.
FULL PRODUCTION
Once approved, we run the full order. Every garment goes through the same machine programme consistent stitching, consistent placement, consistent result across the entire run.
