Not sure which print method is right for your order? Here's the honest breakdown. Most Las Vegas customers doing small runs or photo-quality designs go DTG. Dark shirts or synthetic blends? DTF is the call. Bulk order with a solid logo? Screen printing gives you the lowest cost per shirt. And if you want something that looks truly premium embroidery on a polo or hat alongside your tee order we do that too.
DTG PRINTING
Ink printed directly onto the shirt using a high-resolution digital printer. Best for photos, gradients, and full-color designs. No minimums. Same-day available on DTG orders.
DTF TRANSFERS
A film transfer applied to the fabric surface. Works on any t-shirt color including black. Sharp clean edges. Great for dark shirts and polyester blends. Same-day available.
SCREEN PRINTING
Bold ink pressed through a mesh screen onto the shirt. The most durable custom t-shirt print method available. Best for bulk orders with solid-color designs and logos.
EMBROIDERY
Your design stitched directly into the fabric with thread. Best for logos on polos, hats, and uniforms. Available as an add-on to a t-shirt order.
