WHAT IS DTG PRINTING?
DTG stands for Direct to Garment. Think of it like a regular inkjet printer except instead of paper, the substrate is your shirt. The garment sits flat on a platen, slides into the machine, and the printer applies water-based ink directly onto the fabric fibres. The result is a soft-hand print that becomes part of the shirt rather than sitting on top of it.
It's the best method on the market for designs with lots of colors, gradients, photographic detail, or anything that would be impractical to screen print. There are no colour limits, no screen setup costs, and no minimums. One shirt costs the same per-color as a hundred shirts.
The one honest limitation: DTG works best on 100% cotton or high-cotton blends. Polyester and synthetic fabrics don't hold DTG ink as well. For dark polyester or synthetic blends, we recommend DTF printing instead. We'll always tell you which method is right for your specific job.

Unlimited colors in one pass. No additional charge per color. If your design has 15 colors or a full gradient, DTG handles it without any price change.

DTG is one of our two same-day methods. Order before noon with print-ready artwork and your shirts are typically ready for pickup the same day.
COTTON GARMENTS
100% cotton and high-cotton blends hold DTG ink best. Next Level, Bella+Canvas, and Gildan cotton styles all produce exceptional DTG results.
NO SETUP FEE JOBS
Screen printing has setup costs. DTG has none. For any job where setup fees would price you out, DTG is the cost-effective answer.

Same-day DTG printing is one of the things Las Vegas customers come back for again and again. The workflow is simple: submit your order before noon with a print-ready PNG or PDF file, choose your garment and color, confirm your quantity and your shirts are typically ready for pickup the same day. WE PREP AND PRINT
We pre-treat the garment, load it onto the platen, and run your design through our DTG machine. Every print is inspected before it leaves the press. Quality issues get caught here not after you pick up.
PICK UP SAME DAY
Orders placed before noon with print-ready files are typically ready same day. We'll call or text when your shirts are done. Pick up at 4800 S Maryland Pkwy Unit D.
