HOW SAME-DAY PRINTING ACTUALLY WORKS

Custom embroidery uses a multi-needle machine to stitch your logo or design directly into the fabric of a garment using thread. Unlike printing methods that apply ink or transfers to the surface, embroidery becomes part of the garment itself. The stitching is raised, textured, and dimensional. It doesn’t crack, fade, or peel because it isn’t a coating on top of the fabric.

 

Before any stitching happens, your logo goes through a process called digitisation. This converts your artwork file into a stitch programme that tells the machine exactly where each needle goes, what colour thread to use, and what stitch direction to follow. We handle digitisation in-house at our Las Vegas shop. You send us your logo, and we do the rest.

 

Embroidery works best on structured garments with a stable fabric surface, such as polos, hats, jackets, aprons, and similar items. It’s the standard choice for any business that wants its staff to look professional. If you want the same design on a softer t-shirt fabric for a large run, we’d recommend pairing embroidery on your polos and hats with screen printing or DTG on your T-shirts. We do all of it under one roof.

ORDER BEFORE NOON

The earlier in the day you call or submit your order, the better your odds. Afternoon orders are still possible but call first to confirm.

PRINT-READY ARTWORK

A PNG or PDF file at 300 DPI that’s ready to print, no design work needed on our end. Files that need editing add time to the process.

DTG OR DTF METHOD

These two methods don’t require screen setup or curing. They’re the two methods we can turn around fastest, sometimes within hours.

SMALLER QUANTITIES

Orders of 1 to 50 pieces have the best same-day odds. Larger quantities are still possible call to confirm capacity for your specific count.

SIMPLE GARMENT CHOICE

Standard T-shirts in stock colors move fastest. A specialty garment we need to source first will add time before printing even starts.

BULK SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing requires screen creation and is generally NOT same-day. For bulk solid-color logo orders, plan for 3 to 5 business days.
